Social Status General Client Terms & Conditions and Policies
We're thrilled to have you as part of our community. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we've laid out some key terms, conditions, and policies. Please take a moment to read through these and let us know if you have any questions.
1. Our Role and Services as Your Organic Social Media Support System:
We specialize in managing your organic social media content. This includes:
Photos
Promotional posts
Carousel posts
Simple video posts
Reel-type content (varies depending on your package)
Our main goal is to help you shine on social media. However, we’re not primarily video editors, mass content creators, or ad managers. If you need these additional services, we can provide them under separate agreements.
We offer two Organic Social Media packages for Yoga Studios:
Below outlines what is included in both Packages:
1 30-minute Check-in huddle with an SS Team member
Monthly Checklist of upcoming content plans, events etc. → All content is planned on a SS Social Media Calendar
Private Slack channel to communicate with the SS team (includes 2 users from your team***)
Monthly KPI tracking, quarterly reports and analytical check-ins.
Content for the Social Stater includes:
24 Organic Social Media Posts scheduled and posted across Facebook + Instagram. This includes media and captions, distributed across FB + IG, as a mixture of on-brand text overlays, photos, carousels, simple videos*, and up to 6 Reels**
Content for the Reel Deal includes:
24 Organic Social Media Posts scheduled and posted across Facebook + Instagram. This includes media and captions, distributed across FB + IG, as a mixture of on-brand text overlays, photos, carousels, simple videos*, and Reels**
*Simple Video edits = less than 15 minutes to edit.
**All Reels are limited to simple editing and should not take any longer than 15 minutes to edit and create based on the content provided by you. Additional charges may apply if excess content is provided, and/or the time required to put together the content takes longer than 15 minutes per individual Reel.
*** Slack Channel users → An additional $20 fee/month applies for up to 5 other additional users on top of the included 2 users. Unless you are currently paying ongoing for Slack, and therefore we can invite you to our Slack channel via Slack Connect, then you can have as many users as you like from your team in our Channel.
2. Content for Ads
We understand that advertising is crucial for your business. However, providing raw or finished content for ads requires extra effort and resources. Therefore:
We won't supply content for ads unless it’s part of a paid agreement.
Your ad team can retrieve content from your social media platforms, or we can discuss compensation for the additional work needed.
3. Fair Compensation
Creating high-quality content takes time and energy. To ensure we can continue delivering great results:
Any services beyond our agreed package need to be separately contracted and compensated.
Excessive video editing and Reel creation that exceeds 15 minutes of editing/creation will be separately billed.
4. Clear Boundaries to keep our collaboration effective and enjoyable:
Stick to the agreed volume and type of content as outlined in your package.
If you need more or different content, let’s chat about adjusting your package or setting up a new agreement.
Our primary role as your organic social media creators is to do just that, create Organic Social Media content. We are not video editors, mass content creators, or ad managers. While we are happy to provide these additional services, moving forward, they must be separately contracted and compensated.
By sharing media with us, you are giving us permission to use and post it on your social media channels. While we strive to create positive and engaging content, we cannot predict or control how people will react to it. Therefore, we are not responsible for any negative perceptions that may arise.
Please ensure that you have obtained media releases from all students and staff before sharing any content with us. If you are concerned about this, we are happy to implement an approval process before publishing any content. However, please provide timely feedback to ensure that your content is posted as scheduled.
The content we create for you is published publicly on your social media pages. Social Status retains rights to all creative, content and media aside from the raw original clips that you provide, and the final published work. If you want to re-use content for any other purpose, you can download the published content from your socials or pay an additional fee for shared use of the completed pieces of content. Content includes, and is not limited to: Canva files, spreadsheets, documents, and media created for your studio by a team member of Social Status. You retain the rights to the final published content on your studio’s Facebook and Instagram page, and any raw media that your team has uploaded into our shared Google Drive.
5. Service/Product Sheet
We periodically update our service offerings to stay current with industry trends and best practices. I’ll share our latest service/product sheet with you, which includes:
Detailed descriptions of available packages
Pricing for additional services like reel creation and ad content
Additional Charges — these charges will be charged to your card on file in addition to an existing subscription.
$50 per ready-to-post* additional Reels (Social Starter only)
$75 per single Reel that takes 30-60 minutes to edit
$150 per single Reel that takes over an hour to edit
$250 per single Reel that takes over 2 hours to edit
Shared rights to content created by Social Status:
$500 for rights to any completed piece of video content
$350 for rights to any singular image piece of content
$500-$1000 for rights to any singular design elements, assets and resources
$1000 for rights to any singular Canva design as a template.
*Ready to Post = Reel can be created within 15 minutes with the content provided by you.
** All Prices are in USD **
