This Privacy Policy applies to Social Media Clients of Social Status

Respect for your privacy is of the utmost importance for Social Status. The following details are to protect your privacy as our Client and we keep all of your, your team, and your client information private and confidential, with the exception of specific content that is intended for public sharing via social media. This includes but is not limited to: content shared via Google Forms, photos videos, branding materials, marketing materials, team information, student information, and any other information that you may provide to Social Status for Social Media uses. 


Collection of personal information and content: 

As a Client of Social Status, we collect the following information:

  • Studio Information 

  • Media (photos and videos)

  • Personal information (of yourself, team, and clients) 

  • Email (yourself, team, and clients) 

  • Business materials, media, branding, online identity

  • Client information (from booking software and student spotlight forms) 


We use the collected information and content for the following purposes:

  • Social Media Management

  • Facebook Advertising

  • Optimizing social media accounts

  • Special offers

  • Analytics


The following information collected is kept completely private and confidential:

  • Billing methods

  • Login information including passwords


We use the collected information and content for the following purposes:

  • Collecting payment for services

  • Updating payment methods 

  • Accessing and managing accounts 


Sharing personal information and content:

The personal information collected by Social Status is not shared with any other third parties and is only processed and collected by Social Status. 


Storage of personal information:

All personal information shared will be stored confidentially for the entire duration of the working relationship.


Ownership of Content:

Social Status remains the owner of all created content by Social Status. You will have access to any content that is publicly available via your social channels where it was distributed. 

All media, content, and files shared by you will always remain in ownership by you. 


Hosting of Content & Information:

All information and content created and shared will be hosted in our shared Google Drive folder. You may add your team members to the shared Google Folder. The only members that Social Status will add to this Google Folder are team members of Social Status. 

You will have access to this folder until services are canceled. All content shared in this Google Drive folder will remain here and be archived upon cancellation in the event that we resume services in the future.

We reserve the right to modify our Policy in order to guarantee its compliance with the applicable law. You are therefore invited to regularly review our Policy to be informed of the latest changes. 


Acceptance of our Policy:

Being a Client of Social Status you certify that you have read and understood this Policy and accept its conditions, more specifically the conditions relating to the collection and use of personal information and shared content.
