Overview:

By purchasing or agreeing to any Ad Campaign from Social Status, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You will receive an email to initiate the Onboarding Process. It is your responsibility to book your Onboarding call before any steps are taken to get your ad started. Failure to schedule your onboarding call will delay services, and no refund will be granted for the delay. Work will not begin, nothing will be started until your Onboarding call is complete. We will send 2 reminder emails to schedule your call, after ghosting us for 2 emails, it is your responsibility to connect with us to set up your Onboarding call at a time that works best for you.

All communication regarding your Ad Campaign and Social Status will be done via the email address: adgoodies@socialstatus.ca please add this email to your contacts as it will be our primary source of communication. We have this dedicated inbox specifically for Ad Clients to ensure their messages do not get lost in the abyss of email overload from subscribing to every studio’s mailing list to test landing pages.

The goal of these ad campaigns can vary depending on your goals but could be used to generate leads, increase conversions, improve engagement, reach, brand awareness, authority, and new students to your community and business. There is no guarantee that these ads will directly result in sales or new customers for your business.  The success of this campaign will first and foremost be measured by the analytical numbers. The success of the campaign may depend on your efforts, participation, and follow-up retention strategies. Follow-up and retention are not part of any ad campaign, that is your responsibility.

Custom Ad Campaigns consist of ONE singular topic, product, service, or goal. If you have multiple services/events you want to promote - you will need to purchase multiple campaigns (with the exception of promoting the different class types offered in a brand awareness campaign). Unless otherwise stated by Social Status.

This service includes the following from Social Status:

Onboarding:

The onboarding process begins with a Google Form to give us an understanding of your business. It is required to fill out in its entirety. You are also required to schedule your onboarding call. This call must be completed to provide Social Status with the access we need to set up your accounts, and to get your ads up and running.

The onboarding process may take 4-8 weeks of time to complete. This depends on how quickly the information and required content is shared and provided to Social Status.

Once Social Status has access to all the required accounts and we have all the content needed to start (including that you have notified us that your video has been uploaded into our Google Drive shared folder) the onboarding process is complete and we can now take over! You’ll only have to worry about filming a quick video each month moving forward!

Other:

  • In order for your ads to be set up, you are required to provide all content from the Initial Process (above). If you fail to provide sufficient information/details or provide low-quality media, the information shared on your socials will not be customized to your brand and stock photos may be used.

  • All photos and media shared with Social Status are considered acceptable to use and may be used in any capacity without limitations for your ads and videos. We will not be held legally responsible in any way if you share photos or media without proper permission. In the event that you are fined or sued for the photos or media used in the ads that we create for you, we will not be held responsible legally or financially in any way. You must have permission to use all photos and media that you share with us.

  • Social Status must be notified via email (to adgoodies@socialstatus.ca) that you have uploaded new content and/or videos, failure to do so may result in a delay in service and action.

  • If you want to approve all ad creatives before they are published, you must request this during the onboarding process. If you do not request approval, campaigns will be published as they are ready.

Schedule:

Your campaign will go up once all assets are prepped, and ready to go up. All assets must be ready before any part of the campaign can be set up to run.

Content, Distribution + Logistics

Social Status may set up various ad campaigns on your Ads Manager and Google Ads. These campaigns may host multiple test audiences, campaigns, ad sets, and ads that will all support and fall within your total monthly ad spend budget. These campaigns will never exceed the agreed-upon monthly budget.

Our Ad Copy and strategy are done using proven techniques. As such, Ad Copy and content will be published without prior approval, unless you request it during the initial onboarding call. Once we have the ads ready, we will publish them. Should you wish to approve content prior to publishing, you may request that during your onboarding process.

You may be notified via email when a new campaign or ad is published.

In the event that you or your team voluntarily contribute extra content, services, or value to these ad campaigns, you will not receive any discount or extra compensation for the services that Social Status would normally provide.

Analytics

Our team will collect and record basic analytics and KPIs from your ads for the 1st month, or the duration of a short-term event (45 days) they are running to determine your initial baseline and ongoing analytics.

For event ad promotions, you will get a final report once the campaign has ended.

For ongoing evergreen campaigns, you will get an ad report once the ad has run to its entirety for an entire cycle (we will let you know when this is). If you want to keep checking on the performance and results on your own, we can send you a Loom recording of where and what to look at, at your request.

Duration

For event or short-term campaigns, your campaign will be turned off at specified end date. You will receive an analytics report once your ads have ended.

If the campaign is meant to be Evergreen (ongoing): Our responsibility for the campaign maintenance and upkeep ends 30 days after the campaign is set up or 1 entire cycle has been completed. We will send you a Loom screen recording to show you how to maintain and check in with and turn off your campaign.
